I LIVE. IN A GROTTO
The Grotto is the symbol of the Center of the World. It represents the place of birth, or rebirth.
The heart at the center of the microcosm represented by Man. Luigi Scuccimarra, Frenchman
of Italian origin, together with his wife Valérie, and their children Paolo and Nina spent their
vacation in Ischia. The family stayed on the hill of Santa Maria al Monte in a house dating
back to the 14th century entirely made from the green tuff of Epomeo. Land that transformed,
becomes home and the family the Center of Rebirth.
