About Hotel Poggio Del Sole
Family hospitality is the essence of Hotel Poggio del Sole owned by the Colella Family: Papa Salvatore, Mama Tina and their three sons Giuseppe, Amerigo and Lorenzo. Each family member contributes in an unique way to the running of the hotel. Papa Salvatore makes liqueuers, wine, olive oil and preserves; Mama Tina’s delicious home cooked meals; Lorenzo’s famous woodfired pizza; Amerigo’s skillful maintenance and Giuseppe who assists with your every requirement while staying with the family. Nonna Assunta (Papa’s mother) can also be found in the restaurant overseeing the making of the pesto or helping Salvatore with his preserves.

Rooms
All rooms feature a private bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV, personal safe, mini-refrigerator, air conditioning/heating, internet wi-fi connection.

Restaurant
La Casereccia (Home Cooked), is the on-site restaurant, where the tradition of Italian cooking grows not only from the earth but also from the passion of the Colella family who have lived on the Island of Ischia for over 200 years.The Colella family welcome you to La Casereccia where delicious home cooked food is always available and their friendly family hospitality will make your dining experience unforgettable.

Facilities
Private parking is available for those with cars, otherwise rides in the hotel’s minibus may be arranged. We can also organise boat, bike, car or moped rentals for you at reduced rates. Free transportation to and from “Negombo Spas & Thermal Baths”, private babysitting can be arranged.
