About Appartamenti Polito
Our 16 flats, all situated in Via Pannella, 20 mt. far from the central avenue of Lacco Ameno (Corso Angelo Rizzoli) and 50 mt. far from the seaside, are divided into 3 groups.
The flats have all been built recently, and are all in agreement with the Italian Security Laws.
Each flat is equipped with: kitchen with oven and supplies, independent washing machine, blankets, towels and so on, bathroom with services and shower box, a small balcony / solarium (you can have a sun bath!), and free heating for winter guests.

Apartments
“Islands”: 6 flats, each one with enough room for 5 people, with the same names of the islands of the Campania: Ischia, Procida, Vivara, Capri, Ponza, Ventotene. The “Islands” flats have all a 5-beds structure, and are made up of: lounge + kitchen, independent bathroom with shower-box, double bedroom (+ an extra bed zone).
“Villages”: 6 flats, with a maximum of 6 beds for each one, whose names are inspired to the 6 villages of the Island of Ischia: “Lacco Ameno”, “Forio”, “Casamicciola”, “Sant’Angelo”, “Serrara Fontana” e “Barano”. In these flats up to 6 people can be hosted, because they’re wider than the former ones, and because they are made up of: lounge + kitchen, independent bathroom with shower box, and 2 double bedrooms.
“Depandance”: 4 alone flats, with a maximum of 5 bed places per apartment, called “Depandances” because they’re isolated from the rest of the flats, that are built together in 2 big buildings.
