The "Musical Encounters" of the William Walton Foundation is a series of more than 70 chamber music concerts that take place every year in spring and autumn in the beautiful and welcoming Recital Hall of Giardini La Mortella: Saturdays and Sundays you can hear young musicians from the most famous Italian and foreign schools of Music and winners of some of the most prestigious international music competitions.
Also in the summer season there are concerts of symphony orchestras in the new youth and spectacular Greek Theatre, strong willed and created by Lady Susana Walton: the bands that perform are international, and all formed by young musicians, often conducted by prestigious names in international concert .
