About Ristorante Zì Carmela
Our philosophy is: 'The flavour and tradition', from the research of fresh fish to the use of tomatoes, courgettes and local aromatics herbs by chef's mum, Mrs Filomena. Chef Nicola cooks for passion and for friends, fortunatley also for customers. The cuisine is based on recipes by Grandmother Carmela, who since 1954 the restaurant dishesispire to. Zi Carmela delights with real masterpieces of cookery, prepared with land products, only Ischia offers.
