Typical forian escarole pizza

Ingredienti:
+ escarole topped with walnuts, raisins, pine nuts, green and black olives and cooked wine
+ 500 grams of flour
+ 10 g salt
+ 400 ml of water
+ 50 grams of yeast
Directions:
Knead for about 15 minutes flour, water, yeast and salt. Put part of the dough in a pan with hot oil, pour over endive topped previously and cover with the remaining dough. Simmer for as long as necessary so that the dough does not take the golden color. Serve hot or cold.
