What food makes art?
The curious answer to the question is various. There is a plethora of exciting works of art that tell about food. An example: I chose an original, a bit mysterious Flemish-Dutch painter of the ‘600s, Clara Peeters, of whom I photographed a beautiful “still life” on display at the Wallraf-Richartz Museum in Cologne.
On the other hand, there are few chefs that transform food into a memorable multi-sensory product. Among them is Nino Di Costanzo, icon of Italian-Campanian without borders cuisine who is “back home”. His cooking is art/cult. By the image of the cover and the pages that follow, I try to explain why.
