La Rondinella is not only just a restaurant but a junction of cordiality and welcome in which you always feel at home. Directions:
Fry in a pan garlic and oil, add shrimp and simmer with brandy, add the hard clams, tomatoes, sprinkle with parsley and salt. Stir-fry pasta (homemade corteccia) and complete the dish with a caciocavallo grating, garnish with orange.
