A little bit of piedmont views
If I could guide you, for at least a couple of weeks, every day I would accompany you to a different site at a certain… altitude. So intense in diversity, the piedmont geography of the island is a blender of unexpected perspectives, of exciting explorations, of satisfying conquests, of carnal connections. Take the map.
Read a multitude of names and toponyms. Some are known, frequented, lived. Others are a bit strange, if not quite nebulous, totally wild. Each one is like the cylinder of a magician, you go to look around and a white bunny comes out, a storyteller bunny that fascinates us with stories. Seeing is believing. Much depends on the people who accompany us and / or meet, and on the predisposition we have (put in the trolley) to enrich our knowledge. From Piano Liguori to Pera di basso, from Santa Maria al Monte to the Pietra dell’acqua; and again from Monte Cotto to Sparaina, from Monte di Panza to Jesca, from Toccaneto to Cretaio and so on, I could outline a large map of unmissable places. In the following pages, I limit myself to three suggestions, the first on the list, with a final surprise dedicated to the… mountain Yoga. For the others, we will meet soon on these pages.
